Position Title: Executive Associate

Reporting Structure: Reports to Head of Programs

Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position is $48,000-$66,000, depending on experience and skill sets.

Job Classification: Full Time, non-exempt

Schedule: Full time, 50+ hours per week during peak times in the summer and fall and may include evenings and weekends.

Location: Fully remote, Eastern or Central Time Zone Preferred, some travel may be required

Position Summary

Revolution Field Strategies (RFS) is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as an Executive Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the administrative, operational, and managerial functions of our company. You will work closely with the head of our Programs Department, offering vital assistance in day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and project management.

As an Executive Associate, you will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle internal and external communications, and prepare detailed reports and presentations. You will also assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. Your role will involve overseeing various operational tasks, streamlining processes, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our remote team.

This position requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with team members.

Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications

Organizing and coordinating meetings and events, including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Assisting with special projects, research, and data analysis, while monitoring project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.

Acting as a liaison between the Head of Programs and other staff, clients, and stakeholders, while managing information flow and ensuring timely communication.

Collaborate closely with department heads across the company to accomplish essential tasks.

Qualifications

1-3 years operations, administrative, or political campaign experience

Ability and willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, which can be expected to require 50+ hours per week during peak times in the summer and fall, and may include evenings and weekends

Must possess a cell phone, laptop, and reliable internet

Essential Physical Requirements

As this is a remote position, individuals in this position must be able to communicate with colleagues and partners via phone, including conference and video calls, as well as written communication such as email.

The position requires the ability to attend occasional in-person events throughout the year which may encompass all or part of the work day.
