About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our dynamic sales and trading team, ranging from junior to senior-level members.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer comprehensive administrative support to the sales and trading team.
- Expertly coordinate internal and external meetings, adeptly managing multiple calendars and proactively anticipating team needs.
- Collaborate with the events team to flawlessly coordinate and manage a variety of internal and external events, including presentations, celebratory dinners, roadshows, and industry conference sponsorships.
- Take charge of domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring all details are meticulously handled, from passport and visa services to flights, accommodations, car services, and rentals.
- Accurately prepare and submit monthly expenses using SAP Concur.
- Facilitate the production, printing, and distribution of essential documents and materials across various Microsoft Office platforms, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Provide assistance with a range of general administrative tasks and office support functions, such as answering phones, scanning and copying documents, utilizing courier services, maintaining digital files, and ordering office supplies.
