Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide essential support to our senior leadership team, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication within our dynamic, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Proactive Support: Anticipate and address the needs of our CXOs, preparing materials and briefs in advance to facilitate smooth meetings and decision-making.
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage complex calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate meetings while optimizing executives' schedules for strategic initiatives.
Communication: Serve as a professional liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence with discretion and integrity.
Travel and Logistics: Arrange travel itineraries and coordinate logistics for meetings and events, ensuring a seamless experience for our executives.
Information Management: Maintain confidential information and documents, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
Experience: 3-5 years supporting C-level executives or senior management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Ideally based in NYC with flexibility for remote and hybrid work arrangements.
Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Google Suite and online collaboration tools.
Traits: Proactive mindset, ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism, and adaptability to evolving priorities.
Benefits
