We are currently seeking an eager and dedicated Executive Assistant to support the M&A team at a financial services firm in the LA area. To apply, candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience working in a fast-paced corporate business environment, preferably within financial services. To succeed in this role, candidates must be a trustworthy professional and must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Concur. The ideal candidate will possess a white glove service approach and will have had experience interacting with high-net-worth individuals.


Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. This is a full time, permanent role. Looking to hire immediately.


Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling internal meetings, conference calls, video conferences and other appointments across multiple time zones - domestic and international.
  • Book multi-city travel and itineraries, both domestic and international, and ensure all travel itineraries are updated in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of monthly executive’s expense reports on a timely and accurate basis through Concur.
  • Organize resources for local and remote meetings – meeting rooms/food and beverage.
  • Act as backup to other EAs as necessary (as they will for you), ensuring that the office is appropriately staffed.
  • Open to supporting global hours as needed, overtime work required.
  • Ability work in-office five days a week and are available/prepared to work weekends on occasion.


Requirements:

  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 10+ years’ work experience; ideally the candidate has provided support in a fast-paced corporate business environment.
  • Proficient in Concur, Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with Salesforce and SharePoint is preferred.
  • Possess a white glove service approach and has has the experience of interacting with HNW individuals.
  • Be discreet, tactful, and thoughtful in dealing with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Maintain a high level of credibility, trust, and respect for teammates.


Location: Fully onsite in Beverly Hills, CA.


Compensation: $100-110K+ DOE plus OT, excellent benefits & perks.
