We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy individual to provide Administrative Support for the Branch Manager, in this key growth location. This key business partner will be a vital and partner with EVP/Branch Manager in several responsibilities.
Event and Meeting coordination for Branch
Travel coordination for Branch Manager
Finance – expense account management and submission
Administrative duties to include but not limited to: 1) Branch manager calendar maintenance – scheduling meetings and calls 2) Outlook email – track and maintain branch manager and self 3) Calls, incoming for branch manager, answer, forward and send via email when needed 4) Data collection & report preparation
Support in the onboarding of new advisors
Mail incoming and outgoing – back up
Technology – assist with questions and training
Position is On-Site- seeking a local candidate with a desire to develop and sustain long-term relationships
Experience:
