A global consulting firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The office is located in Midtown East and has a collaborative team. The role is in office but there will be opportunity to work remotely when the CEO is traveling. The CEO is dynamic, kind and well-respected. The company has approximately 90,000 employees globally.
About the Job:
Coordinate and prioritize meetings for the CEO
Compose and prepare confidential correspondence
Develop positive internal and external relationships
Prepare materials for meetings; internal, Board, client meetings and speaking engagements
Research and address incoming issues
Serve as the first point of contact for the executive office
Coordinate Board meetings, prepare materials for the meetings and follow up on action items
Maintain a busy calendar and prioritize on CEO’s behalf and make sure the CEO’s day runs smoothly
Establish standing review of the upcoming calendar with the CEO
Coordinate complex travel arrangements
Vet and prioritize the CEO’s emails
Process expense reports
Some off-hour availability required
About You:
Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting a CEO (large, publicly traded co. preferred)
BA/BS from a college or university
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Strong communication skills: written and verbal
Strategic thinker
Understand the importance of confidentiality and trust when supporting a CEO
Dynamic and proactive comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Polished, professional demeanor and the gravitas to interact with high-level executives
