Executive Assistant - Remote | WFH

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This remote position requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage the executive office, coordinate schedules, and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.

Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail.

Assist in drafting and editing documents, letters, and presentations.

Meeting Coordination

Coordinate executive and board meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.

Ensure follow-up on action items and manage meeting logistics.

Communication And Liaison

Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Prioritize and screen communication to ensure the CEO is informed of critical matters.

Cultivate strong relationships with employees, clients, partners, and board members.

Project Management

Support special projects by conducting research, planning, and monitoring progress.

Prepare reports on project status and provide analytical support.

Confidentiality And Office Management

Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.

Maintain organization and efficiency in the executive office.

Skills And Qualifications

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.

High level of professionalism and discretion.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.

Working Conditions

Remote position with occasional travel to Washington, DC.

Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the CEO's schedule.
