We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior executives based in Bridgeport, CT and the UK. This role is hybrid/remote, requiring occasional in-person meetings in Bridgeport and the CEO's home office, with potential international travel.
Responsibilities
Calendar and Travel Management: Organize and manage calendars for senior executives, coordinate meetings, and handle all travel arrangements including accommodations and logistics.
Document Preparation: Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other materials to support organizational objectives.
Communication Liaison: Draft and edit communications for internal and external distribution, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Project Oversight: Lead special projects as assigned, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills.
Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with discretion, supporting global operations with integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years in an executive assistant role supporting C-level executives.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Attributes: Strong business acumen, commitment to excellence, discretion with sensitive information, and a collaborative team player.
