Our client, a leading health technology firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team in New York City. This role offers a hybrid work model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, providing flexibility and a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and schedules for senior executives.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare detailed expense reports.
Handle invoice processing, vendor contracts, and assist with visitor logistics.
Coordinate both in-person and virtual meetings, including agenda preparation and managing room/Zoom setup.
Undertake special projects and tasks as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum Of 10 Years' Experience Supporting Senior Executives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
