Highly regarded and very successful private equity firm located in Midtown NYC is seeking a corporate, professional and pro-active Assistant with previous administrative experience supporting a either executive or leadership team.
Manage calendars and schedules and organize intricate on and offsite meetings, preparing materials, and screening for conflicts. Organize quarterly and annual meeting reports, participate in meetings and keep executive on point and flowing smoothly.
Must have 4 years administrative experience with exceptional technological and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree required.
