Datavant is looking for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support the Office of the CEO and Executive Director. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, mission-driven team! You will partner with the Chief of Staff to provide scheduling support to coordinate meetings and align priorities as well as manage travel arrangements and submit expenses. You will also provide strategic support to other leadership members and the team as needed for backup and special projects. Someone with concise and proactive communication, adaptable to shifting changes both daily schedule and in the organization, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This role is in the office 5 days a week and must be NYC based

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Office of the CEO and other leadership members and team as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Working with the Chief of Staff to ensure the CEO's calendar reflects priorities. Be able to shift schedule quickly with last-minute changes.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations. Create detailed itineraries to ensure seamless travel.
  • Implement organizational processes and procedures.
  • Submit all expense reports and receipts.
  • Organize and update electronic files as needed.
  • Ad hoc projects to support the team.


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Polished communication skills - both verbal and written. Comfortable interacting with highly confidential matters and high-level stakeholders.
  • Adaptable. Ability to intuitively shift gears quickly as priorities change.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities; excel at anticipating needs.
  • Excellent follow-through. Ability to keep the pieces moving and not let anything fall through the cracks.
  • Inherently focused on creative approaches to solving operational problems efficiently.
  • Tech savvy (Proficient in Microsoft, Outlook, GSuite, Docs). Ability to learn tools quickly.
