A successful mid sized trading and technology firm in New York, is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant \ Personal Assistant, to work closely with the CEO and other team leaders to accomplish their day-to-day task management. The company has approximately 70 people in total, with around half in the New York office.
You will be expected to handle a wide range of high-level administrative tasks including executive communication, handling of corporate documents and arranging meetings, interviews and other appointments.
You will also be involved in some of the recruitment processes for the firm, as well as office management when needed. The role has scope for progression into business development if this is something you wish to explore.
Responsibilities
You must be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, possess the ability to be flexible in many different situations and have experience working with a global team.
- Making travel arrangements
- Organising and maintaining office systems
- Working directly with high-level employees
- Preparing corporate documents
- Maintaining strict confidentiality
- Organising their superior’s entire schedule
- Sustaining a level of professionalism among the team
