Our CSP Real Estate & Financial Services Team has partnered with a privately held investment company and family office with diversified holdings in commercial real estate, hospitality and venture capital. This individual will provide full administrative support to the EVP/CFO and COO. The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will be responsible for organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, travel, and additionally will use strong time management and communication skills.

Key Qualifications:
Between 5-15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Experience supporting Senior Level Executives/Leadership in corporate environments.
Must be in office five days in Baltimore, MD.
Proactive, self-motivated, ability to work in teams and succeed in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and timelines
