Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant, JEDI Team
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support our JEDI team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination within the team and across the organization.

Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant, JEDI Team
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support our JEDI team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination within the team and across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling for internal and external meetings and events
- Coordinate travel and logistics for team members
- Manage department expenses and reimbursements
- Provide full logistical support for in-person and remote events
- Assist with planning processes, including template development and note-taking
- Maintain organized electronic and paper files
- Draft professional correspondence as needed
- 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an executive assistant role
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings/events
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Slack
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Skill in prioritizing tasks and maintaining composure under pressure
- Discretion in handling sensitive matters
- Commitment to our mission and values
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in philanthropic or non-profit organizations
- Familiarity with Asana, Salesforce, Miro, and Mentimeter
- Experience working internationally or with global partners
- Competitive salary based on experience and location
