Join a prominent CPA firm headquartered in Midtown Atlanta as an Executive Assistant. Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid remote work schedule with opportunities to support a dynamic team of Principals and Senior Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Process a variety of tax documents including returns, extensions, and estimates through different platforms.
Draft, revise, and format correspondence and presentations.
Coordinate the distribution of tax organizers and engagement letters annually.
Maintain accurate due date reports and manage team calendars efficiently.
Act as a project manager, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed on time.
Provide general administrative support and update client information in systems.
Handle expense inputting and occasional time tracking for Principals.
Follow up on accounts receivable and coordinate with internal accounting.
Assist with billing tasks and coordinate travel arrangements for CPE training and client meetings.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
Utilize problem-solving skills and maintain confidentiality with sensitive client information.
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CCH ProSystem fx, Practice Engine, iChannel, XCM Workflow, and ShareFile.
