Executive Assistant - Hybrid - Remote | WFH

Join a premier CPA firm headquartered in Midtown Atlanta as an experienced Executive Assistant. We offer a hybrid remote work schedule, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

We are seeking an Executive Assistant with a minimum of five years of experience. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, adaptable, and thrive in providing administrative support to a dynamic team within a large department, including Principals and Senior Managers. This role requires professionalism and confidence in interacting with individuals at all levels, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process a high volume of tax returns, extensions, and estimates using various delivery methods.

Draft, revise, or format correspondence and presentations.

Coordinate the annual distribution of tax organizers and engagement letters.

Maintain accurate due date reports and follow up as necessary.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate necessary arrangements.

Act as a project manager, assigning tasks and ensuring completion.

Provide general administrative support as required.

Update client contact information across all systems.

Assist with expense inputting and billing for Principals.

Coordinate travel plans and itineraries for various purposes.

Cultivate professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

Proactively seek opportunities to assist and assume additional responsibilities as needed.

Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.

Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive client information.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with software such as CCH ProSystem fx, Practice Engine, iChannel, XCM Workflow, and ShareFile.
