Executive Assistant Finance

Global Investment Bank seeking an EA to fill in for 3-6months, + in Investment Banking.

Position will pay the equivalent of @80-90k.

Ideal candidate will have Financial Services background.

Prefer Concur and CRM experience.

In office Monday-Thursday remote on Fridays.

Midtown.

Responsibilities will include heavy calendar management, travel arrangements, and heavy expenses. Hours: 9-5, occasional paid overtime to be expected.

Must be polished, presentable, hardworking, and open to the possibility of permanent down the road.

Additionally manage calendar, book travel, reservations, accommodations, dinners, meetings transportation, etc.
