Job Description:

  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, training events, appointments and/or other similar activities.
  • Must be an expert MS Outlook and MS Office user.
  • Must be efficient, quick and strategic thinker, excellent written and oral communication skills, and possess seamless dynamic calendar management skills.
  • Prepares, publishes and distributes agendas.
  • Composes and distributes minutes of meetings.
  • Prepares and assists with scheduled, ad hoc and specialized documents.
  • Proofreads materials for accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Prepares timely responses to routine correspondence.
  • Must be able to interact with all levels of management, work independently and with a team.
  • Must be able to take direction from Product Coordinator
