The ideal Executive Assistant should have 10+ years of support to the Founder or CEO of an organization. The Executive Assistant will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative, executive, and personal support tasks, and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a fast-paced office.
Location: Philadelphia, PA (on-site)
Salary: $130,000 + bonus
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, letters, and calls
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High school diploma; additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage
