Description

The Executive Assistant manages, monitors, and assists with the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual activities, while playing a critical role in projecting a professional and welcoming company image through in-person, phone, and electronic interactions. EA will act as the point of contact among executives, employees, and other external partners, directly supporting the Sr. VP of Finance and the VP of HR. This person will also be the support person for companywide, internal trainings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, travel, and expenses (using Concur) of key company executives.
  • Prepare, edit, and oversee correspondence, presentations, and additional documents.
  • Manage and track ongoing projects and associated paperwork and records.
  • Assist with meeting coordination between multiple divisions within the company, as well as various multi-level, department, and companywide trainings. This includes meal ordering and set up.
  • Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
  • Self-starter who will anticipate the needs of the employer while demonstrating strong initiative.
  • Pays close attention to detail, stays organized, and has good time management skills.
  • Other duties assigned, as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years supporting executive level, public company experience is a plus.
  • The ability to interact in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write, edit, and proofread with accuracy.
  • Strong proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Creative thinker and self-starter.
  • Flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and effective in time management.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Handle confidential and highly sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree; preferred.

Inari Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits for our employees. The base pay range for this position is $80,000-$105,000. A range of factors, including location, skills, and experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
