HR Growth Partners LLC is looking for an Executive Assistant who will work closely with the executive leader and internal and external stakeholders while performing professional and administrative functions of a highly responsible, complex, and confidential nature.

Work you'll do:


The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to an executive leader at the company, including scheduling and maintaining a pragmatic and resilient approach to a fast-paced environment. This role will frequently require working independently with minimal supervision.


Responsibilities:


  • Master the executive leader’s daily calendar nuances, owning schedule adjustments
  • Schedule cross-functional meetings across the company
  • Attend required meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items when needed
  • Maintain a pulse on the company and bring any urgent and report important matters
  • Coordinate the executive leader’s participation in conferences, events, and other engagements
  • Manage the executive leader’s travel arrangements
  • Assist with occasional personal requests
  • Coordinate and manage ad hoc projects


Qualifications:


  • At least three years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a high-growth startup setting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects from start to finish
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and problem-solve
  • Resiliency and adaptiveness to changing needs, priorities, and responsibilities
  • Solid written communication skills: concise, articulate, and polished
  • Aptitude for communicating with diverse, senior stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Experience in client relations, project management, event planning, or similar roles
  • Experience with high-volume calendaring
  • Tech-savviness and mastery of Google Suite
