Executive Assistant
As the Executive Assistant with this DC Association, you will be providing administrative support for two executives and will be responsible for handling a range of high-level administrative support. About the Job:
- Maintain the principals’ calendar and daily schedule, including all meetings and engagements.
- Assist with planning and management of small and large events, leaving no detail aside.
- Prepare briefing materials for key meetings with members.
- Monitor all documents that need to be sent out, edited, transcribed, and inputted into internal databases.
- Handle all travel arrangements, itineraries, and transportation for when the principals travel.
- Play an active part in following up on meeting action items, project deadline tracking, budgeting, document review and compiling various research projects.
- Ensure accurate information and client contacts are updated and saved in internal databases.
- Be an extended ambassador of the leadership office, interfacing with key external players on ad hoc inquiries, requests and needs.

- Experienced. You have a minimum of three years of Executive Assistant experience in a high-touch environment.
- Detail-oriented. You have strong organizational skills and are able to work independently with little supervision.
- Communicative. You enjoy working with others in a team environment and are extremely professional with clients.
- Adaptable. You are a self-starter and can prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines at one time.
- Collaborative and flexible. You define yourself as a team player and adjust your schedule to meet needs across a busy team.
- Collected. Your business acumen and previous experience working with top-tier executives has shaped your executive presence.
