NYC based finance firms seeks a temporary Executive Assistant to cover a maternity leave for 3-4 months.


Must have 5+ years of experience in a similar role supporting executives in financial services.


In-office role. Midtown office. Hours 8.30am to 5.30pm with some OT to be expected


Pay $40-48/hr


Duties:

  • Support a team of executives with heavy calendar management, travel scheduling, expense reporting and documentation editing
  • Responsible for all written correspondence for the team
  • Organize and arrange online and in-person meetings
  • Support the team with in-home and office supplies, inventory, and purchasing requests
  • Manage travel arrangement and itineraries for all business trips
  • Manage, organize and maintain accurate files
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within a similar role preferably in finance, fintech, or other professional services organization
  • Excellent English, grammar, written and oral communication skills
  • Proven record of successful problem solving
  • Superior organizational skills and record-keeping, and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and high energy level
  • Adaptable, flexible to changes and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and related software
