A New York based investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a senior partner and a small team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient and a good team player. The firm is currently in the office 4 days per week and offers an extremely competitive compensation and bonus package!


Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
  • Coordinate detailed travel arrangements


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
