The ideal candidate should be extremely well-organized and detail oriented this is an absolute must. Must be up for fast-passed environment wearing many hats in "start-up" environment. Room to grow with company. Current products sold to box box retailers and via digital health platform.
Responsibilities
Various tasks working with eCom and digital team
Various tasks with content creation, influencers, and social media
Act as a spokes person for brand on social media
Liaison between agencies and company
Manage marketing, social, events, company, and executive calendar
Aid executive in preparing for meetings
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
General organization tasks
Qualifications
Experience in eCom, Digital, Social Media, Content Creation a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Must be comfortable on social media with outgoing positive attitude
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
