Responsibilities
Manage calendars across time zones. Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and provide information to prepare for meetings
Schedule domestic and global travel itineraries (including managing visas, flights, hotels,
and local ground transport).
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
Expense processing
Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
