Executive Assistant – Entertainment Firm ($70k-$80k)
Location: New York, NY
Compensation: $70k-$80k, DOE
Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Our client, a global entertainment firm with offices in the heart of Manhattan, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support a busy executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings
Prepare and distribute presentations and meeting materials
Book travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
Handle correspondence and partner with team members to complete projects
Provide administrative support with various HR responsibilities

Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years as an Executive Assistant
HR background a huge plus!
Entertainment industry experience is preferred
