Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Summary of the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting two General Managers and contribute to impactful projects within our global talent development diversity and inclusion team.
Role Summary: In this role, you will provide calendar management, project management support, and administrative assistance to our General Managers. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, managing budgets, triaging mailbox inquiries, and providing general project management support. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a global team and work that positively impacts people's lives, while developing valuable skills for your career advancement.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide strategic calendar management for two General Managers, prioritizing urgent escalations and balancing overall business needs
Handle sensitive and confidential topics with the utmost integrity
Represent the managers and the team's brand through effective written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
Manage and coordinate complex events, ensuring goals are met and resources are allocated appropriately
Navigate complex organizational challenges by influencing with impact, diplomacy, tact, and empathy
Ensure compliance with Microsoft policies and manage expenses for the senior leaders
Coordinate travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries/agendas for maximum productivity
Assist with the annual rhythm of business, including meeting schedules and workload management
MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
7+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience
Expertise in Outlook and calendar management
Experience in budget management and purchase order (PO) management
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively
