On-site or Remote: On-site or remote. If remote, must be 500 miles within Dallas.

Office Location: Bartonville, TX

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, gaining a deep understanding of their logistics needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives, while prioritizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients, and actively seek out new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of proposals, bids, and contracts, and maintain a high-level of attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients that exceeds their expectations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive activity to maintain a competitive edge and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and competitive attitude and continuously develop your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, logistics, or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in a B2B environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a high emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Positive attitude, high level of energy, and a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is an advantage but not essential.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
