Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, logistics, or related field preferred, but not required.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in a B2B environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a high emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships with clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Positive attitude, high level of energy, and a passion for sales and customer service.
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is an advantage but not essential.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
