Primary KDC (Key Device Contact) supporting and coordinating activities with the client’s Managed Print Services (MPS) team
Visit each printer daily to verify supplies, toner, errors, and maintenance needed.
Resolve printer technical issues onsite and/or remote diagnostics, updating printer admin passwords and providing MACD services as requested
