EVP Manufacturing & Supply Chain

QLM Search is partnering a high growth PE Backed Manufacturing Group that is looking to appoint an EVP Manufacturing & Supply Chain.

Reporting to the CEO, this role will be responsible for driving best in class operational performance across five manufacturing facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, influencing and developing a world class team responsible for manufacturing, engineering, quality, and CI activities
• Full responsibility for the manufacturing strategy
• Driving the simplification of production processes through standardization, technology and innovation, and the implementation of Lean methodologies
• Partnering with the Managing Director to build integrated processes in supply chain by working with all functions in the Group and tracking performance through effective KPIs, budgeting and forecasting

You must have the ability to lead and motivate a large team combined with a strategic approach to implementing innovation and technology to drive operating performance.

This high profile role, requires a flexible Manufacturing leader that is happy with significant travel and is able to manage a variety of change initiatives.
