About The Role
As an Event Manager specializing in trade shows, you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating seamless event logistics that captivate and engage. Reporting to our Events Director, you'll thrive in a dynamic environment where your organizational prowess and creativity will shine. From planning and coordination to on-site execution, you'll ensure every detail is meticulously handled, fostering collaborative teamwork and delivering exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project management efforts, ensuring all trade show components align with strategic goals.
Collaborate across departments to optimize event features and program elements.
Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for stakeholders.
Develop and execute detailed project plans, tracking budgets and timelines effectively.
Serve as the on-site point of contact, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.
Support post-event activities, including data collection and reporting.
Preferred Skills And Experience
2-3 years of experience in trade show management or similar event environments.
Proficiency in event management tools and budget oversight.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event software is a plus.
Interest in the coffee, beverage, or foodservice industries preferred.
Requirements
