About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Excellence: Plan and execute trade show logistics with precision and flair.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams to deliver outstanding events.

Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements for event participants, optimizing costs and logistics.

Budget Oversight: Track expenses and ensure financial objectives are met.

On-site Leadership: Act as the main point of contact during events, ensuring smooth operations.

Preferred Skills And Experience

Event Management Expertise: 2-3 years of experience in trade shows or similar events.

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in various settings.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Bonus Points: Experience in the coffee or related industries.

Requirements
