The club will offer a suite of amenities, including all-day restaurant & bar, events auditorium, wellness studio, barista caf, sports lounge, boardroom, business lounge, and offsite catering. The Events & Experience Manager will be a core part of the opening leadership team, driving excitement and engagement for the club. Working in partnership with the Chef and management team, you will develop, organize, promote, and execute special events, experiences, programs, series, popups, caterings, private events, surprise & delights, and other memorable hospitality experiences. This role will be a lead personality for the club, driving the experience with engaging programming, owning VIP relationships, spreading joy through food and beverage experiences, and ensuring the club experience stays on brand. The ideal candidate has excellent knowledge of hospitality events management paired with a creative ability to plan and execute on ideas. If you thrive as the host of a meticulously planned event, this may be the job for you. Key Responsibilities: Develops and manages an events and programming schedule for the club. Oversees food and beverage service at events, activations, popups, programs, and other experiences. Builds local business with marketing and customer outreach. Execute club communications across multiple channels, including signage, menus, app, decks / kits, newsletters, and other brand initiatives. . Build excellent relationships with customers, guests, vendors, and clients. Works with the Chef and management team in creating top quality programming and culinary experiences Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 years of hospitality event operations experience Previous experience in members clubs, restaurants, hotels, or luxury F&B. Strong creative skills, paired with a demonstrated ability to execute.
