Job Description: As an Events Assistant at Messa Sync, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. Your role will involve managing logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring events run smoothly. You will work closely with the event planning team to create memorable experiences for our clients and attendees.

Assist in the planning and organization of events from start to finish.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and clients to ensure all needs are met.
Prepare and distribute promotional materials and event invitations.
Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Assist in post-event evaluations and provide feedback for future improvements.
Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
