Events Assistant

Description Job Description: As an Events Assistant, you will be a key player in planning, coordinating, and executing various events. You will work closely with the Events Manager to ensure every detail is taken care of, creating memorable experiences for our clients and attendees.

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives. Coordinate all operations, including booking venues, scheduling speakers, and managing event logistics. Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process. Prepare event materials, such as name tags, programs, and promotional items. Manage event set-up, tear-down, and follow-up processes. Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes. Maintain an organized inventory of event supplies and materials. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications: Proven experience as an Events Assistant or in a similar role. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects independently. Proficiency in MS Office and event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite). High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, public relations, or related field is preferred.
