Events Assistant

Description About the Role: As an Events Assistant at Elite Branding, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events to promote our brand and engage with our audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity and innovation are valued. You'll work closely with our events team to ensure that all events are executed flawlessly and leave a lasting impression on attendees.

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, including conferences, seminars, and product launches. Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual equipment. Prepare event materials, including agendas, presentations, and promotional materials. Assist with onsite event management, including setup, registration, and attendee coordination. Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications: Previous experience in event planning or a related field is preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software is a plus.
