Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, including conferences, seminars, and product launches.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual equipment.
- Prepare event materials, including agendas, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Assist with onsite event management, including setup, registration, and attendee coordination.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous experience in event planning or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software is a plus.
