Parking Management Company (PMC) is actively seeking a full-time or part-time Event Traffic Director (Non-Driving) to join their team. Event Traffic Director Responsibilities
The Event Traffic Director’s role involves establishing positive guest relationships by delivering excellent customer service. Working in major sports arenas and music venues, you will operate in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Your responsibilities include interacting with guests and directing their vehicles to ensure safe, organized, and timely arrivals and departures.

Qualifications
- Clean-cut, professional, and uniform appearance.
- Enjoy interacting with the public and offering assistance.
- Ability to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
- Capability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift.
- Knowledgeable about account locations and approved parking areas.
- Understanding, following, and upholding all company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor are mandatory.
- Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes.
- Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat.
- Frequent exposure to wet or humid conditions.
- Noisy environment surrounded by moving vehicles.
- Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Standing for up to 8 hours at a time, walking to and from specific points.
- Verbal communication and clear hearing abilities in noisy and chaotic environments.
