Responsibilities And Duties
Assist with complete set-up and breakdown of dining room
Greet guests with sincere kindness and professionalism
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
Clear tables and clean event areas during and after functions
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices
Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations
Assist guests with any special requests or needs
Provide information about the menu and beverages
Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person
Accomplish high levels of service while meeting the standards of Tres LA's service expectations
Knowledge & Skills

Fluent with food, beer, and wine knowledge
