About The Role
Twitch is looking for an Event Program Manager to support Twitch's first party global community convention, TwitchCon. You will manage the Community Call for Content process and selection, Featured Streamer program, and the onsite event content operations. You will have high visibility across multiple teams and directly with streamers. Partner and speaker involvement includes general session engagements, panel discussions, and exhibit hall stages. This is an opportunity for an organized event program manager to join our growing team and make a significant contribution building our in person events that connect the Twitch community like nowhere else. You will report directly to the Global Events Lead.
You can work in San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Irvine, CA; Seattle, WA; New York, NY or Remote.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. You Will:
- Be the primary liaison with all partners and speakers once their participation has been determined at an event
- Build the Featured Streamer program strategy and define tactics that promote and influence the successful growth of TwitchCon through our streamers
- Collaborate across different departments and use data to make decisions to ensure there is diverse, entertaining, and engaging content to excite attendees and bolster the content strategy
- Develop targeted messaging outlining important streamer and attendee trends and each audience path, that supports the value proposition and benefits of attending TwitchCon
- Collaborate with GTM teams to ensure agreement in content messaging with guidance on talent scoring for campaigns
- Manage and escalate project risks, and establish success metrics for projects and ensure performance is tracked and measured
- Create organizational processes for participant sourcing, approval, contracting, and implementation timeline
- Support select content programs in pre-production, on-site, and post-production
- 5+ years experience managing large-scale programming for in person events
- Experience defining program requirements and using metrics to determine improvements
- Experience directly working with influencers or celebrities, and building programs reliant on talent
- Capability to move easily between changing work environments and driving ongoing process improvement
- Experience working with a leadership team to implement action plans that increase
- revenues and improve performance
- Experience working across multiple teams and disciplines
- Willing to travel more than 30 days a year
- Native member of the Twitch community and knowledge of gaming or content creation
