Event Producer - Remote | WFH

**About the Role**

In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in bringing our clients' events to fruition. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to manage every aspect of the event process, from initial brainstorming to flawless execution.

You'll Have The Opportunity To

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into reality.
• Develop creative concepts and strategic plans for each project.
• Manage budgets meticulously, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and management.
• Create compelling visuals like presentations, floor plans, and renderings.
• Manage logistics like travel arrangements and on-site operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of event professionals.
• Become an expert in event production software and tools.
  
  

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has a bachelor's degree in marketing, events, PR, or a similar field (or equivalent experience).
• Possesses at least 3 years of experience in event planning, meeting planning, experiential marketing, or a related field.
• Is a budgeting pro with at least 3 years of experience in creating detailed budgets.
• Is an Excel whiz with intermediate or higher proficiency.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
• Is a team player with a collaborative spirit.
• Has a passion for the events industry and a desire to learn and grow.
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with event décor and scenic fabrication.
• Experience with entertainment and event production.
• A CSEP, CMP, or other related certification.
• Cvent certification or in-depth experience with the software.
  
  

**This is a remote-first position with the possibility of up to 30% travel domestically and internationally.**
