Our Client: A prominent company knowns for its comprehensive cloud platform that offers a wide range of services to businesses and consumers

Duration: 10 months (potential to extend or convert)

Pay: $50/hr on a W2 (set rate)

Remote in PST Hours

Schedule: 9a-5p in PST hours

Travel: up to 25 % of role

Our Client is looking for an Event Producer to oversee an exciting global league championship event at one of their biggest flagship events. This is a great opportunity to oversee a multi day championship event that includes multiple vendors, celebrations, livestreaming, and exciting digital marketing campaigns. This role is primarily a project manager role with some elements of overseeing/reviewing design and marketing.

Day in the Life:

• Drive marketing programs to build our client's brand awareness and adoption
• Plan and deliver global competition program campaigns, including digital email campaigns and placements as well as in person event execution
• Create, concept, and approve collateral for large scale in person event activations
• Create marketing content 1st party event websites, collaborating with designer and product marketing manager on copy, layout, and graphics
• Work backwards to project manage event execution of multi day competition, including sourcing, communication and training of volunteer staff, Events agency vendor, and competition administration vendor.
• Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance
• Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work

Who You Are:

• 3 years experience of event coordination and planning
• Experienced working multiple events at one time
• Experience with Tech or with AI
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Airtable (preferred)
• Experiential event production experience
• Experience managing large budgets
• Background in creative marketing campaigns
• Background in entertainment or events
