Event Planner Position Description
Book private events and groups and exceed the customers' expectations and manage events by:
-Gain a complete understanding of the requirements for each event and helping the party host plan the ev
-Attend and help manage larger events
-Prepare and manage event contracts
-Manage our reservation systems & calendars
Manage internal event programming
-Manage team sponsorship bookings programming
-Help prepare and manage seasonal events including Christmas, New Years Eve, St Patrick's Day, etc.
-Help manage product promotions
Other Tasks
-Assist with menu production, printing & distribution
-Assist with supply online ordering
The position is a full time salaried and pays $52,000 plus commissions on every private event booked. We off PTO, Sick pay, health care and a 401k plan.
