Join our dynamic marketing team and become the mastermind behind our event presence! You'll be responsible for everything from strategizing event participation to flawless execution, ensuring we maximize the return on investment (ROI) from each event.
What You'll Do
Partner with Sales & Partnerships to identify key industry events that fuel partner retention and drive subscription adoption.
Develop and manage comprehensive internal project plans for each event, including registration, promotional materials, and trade show logistics.
Oversee on-site event activities to maximize attendee engagement and drive subscription activations.
Collaborate with partner relationship managers to plan speaking engagements and ensure speakers have the resources they need.
Travel to events (approximately 40% of the time) and oversee the successful execution of your plan.
Analyze event data and report on ROI to measure success.

You excel at multitasking and managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
You have experience in event coordination, logistics, and trade show setup.
You understand the structure of working with franchise brands and association groups (a plus!).
