Seeking an experienced and highly organized Event Marketing Manager to drive our event strategy and execution. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of event planning, promotion, and analysis to elevate our brand presence and cultivate meaningful connections with attendees.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive event marketing plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, registration, ordering, catering, and more.
- Craft and implement creative promotion strategies across channels like social media, email, and partnerships to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Prepare detailed event timelines, guidelines, and materials for seamless operations.
- Lead on-site event execution, ensuring a professional and exceptional attendee experience.
- Establish KPIs and conduct thorough post-event analyses to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, aligning efforts to meet event objectives.
- 3+ years of experience in Event Marketing, Field Marketing, or a similar role within the tech industry.
- Proven expertise in budget management and forecasting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with a dedication to perfecting every aspect.
- Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple events concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and marketing tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant experience preferred.
