The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for marketing all aspects of the event campaigns, geared towards specific audience personas within the SAP technology industry. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, and should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities including:
List building for assigned persona
Develop and adhere to event marketing plans and timelines for assigned persona to help the team reach body and/or attendee revenue goals for events
Creating email flows for assigned persona
Developing attendee reminder campaigns
Campaign reporting
Event website content creation and edits for dedicated persona landing pages
Social media strategy and content creation, with experience in LinkedIn and X
Digital ad content creation
Coordinate with internal resources, including designers, digital marketers, etc.
Any other daily tasks that may arise
Additionally, the Event Marketing Manager will work well while having multiple event persona campaigns simultaneously and strive under deadlines to meet the company's changing needs. Must be a good multitasker.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
3-5 years marketing experience required; event marketing experience a plus
Strong record of driving revenue and achieving performance KPI’s
HubSpot experience, in HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing and Workflow automation
Ambitious and proactive with a calm response to pressure
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to meet strict deadlines
Highly detail oriented and a self-starter
Able to work efficiently independently as well as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing, proofreading skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with high professionalism
A resourceful, creative problem solver
Easily adaptable to situations and changing event demands
Ability to travel to events as needed
Technical capabilities with PowerPoint, Excel, and WordPress
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in business, marketing, or related discipline
Compensation
TheEvent Marketing Managerenjoys a competitive base salary of $65,000-70,000 based on experience.
