About The Role:
The purpose of the Event and Marketing Coordinator is to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness through carefully planned and expertly executed events and webinars.
The Event and Marketing Coordinator will be directly responsible for the strategic development and operational execution of all events, webinars, and marketing activities. This includes managing a comprehensive event calendar, coordinating logistics, crafting promotional campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align event and webinar strategies with overall marketing goals, ensuring each initiative is executed seamlessly and delivers maximum value.

You Will:
Event Planning and Execution:
Plan, organize, and manage a calendar of events including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and virtual events.
Coordinate all event logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, and on-site support.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for each event.
Webinar Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive webinar strategy to support product launches, demand generation, and thought leadership.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify key topics, speakers, and content.
Manage all aspects of webinar production, including scheduling, promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up.
Marketing and Promotion:
Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote events and webinars across multiple channels (email, social media, website, etc.).
Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality promotional materials, including invitations, landing pages, invitation emails, and follow-up emails.
Creation of video and creative assets for promotions
Project Management:
Manage all tasks and activities in the project management platform.
Define scope, timelines, and owners.
Communicate frequent updates on project status and elevate blocks quickly to ensure deadlines are met.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team and cross-functionally to coordinate key stakeholders, communicate responsibilities, scope, and timeline.
Collaborate with leadership team, sales, and CS on key events, topics, and SLAs for promotion and follow-up
Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze event and webinar performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Vendor and Partner Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, partners, and industry associations to enhance event quality and reach.
Manage swag, prints, shipments and event materials (such as booth, banners, table cloths, etc…)
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
3+ years in event coordination and management (ideally in a B2B SaaS organization)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with event and webinar technology platforms (i.e. Zoom, Hubspot, etc..)
Proven track record of delivering growth through events and webinars
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale events and webinars from concept to completion
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience in B2B PropTech industries, Real Estate or SaaS backgrounds a strong plus
