We are on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Event Manager to be a part of our esteemed team.

Your Role

As our new Event Manager, you will be at the helm of our proprietary events, steering the strategic direction, fostering partnerships, engaging audiences, and driving sales and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our Chief Financial Officer and other key players in the organization to achieve revenue targets and spur growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting and overseeing strategic plans for our events, both in the short and long term.
  • Collaborating with the finance, marketing, and sales departments to meet financial and sales objectives.
  • Leading weekly sales meetings and providing insightful reports on event performance metrics and customer satisfaction.
  • Working with the marketing team to create compelling content and implement focused marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract attendees.
  • Forging strategic alliances that resonate with our brand values and open up new avenues for business expansion.
  • Representing our company at public events and speaking engagements as needed.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and management of event staff.
  • Overseeing event logistics and operations.
  • Attending industry events and shows for networking and professional growth.

Your Experience

  • A proven history of expanding event portfolios, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
  • Expertise in strategic event management, with a focus on sales and marketing to the right audience.
  • Experience in managing relationships with partners and event sponsors.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, business development, and event operations.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reporting and budgeting/forecasting.
  • A track record of successful strategic partnership building.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

  • This position requires at least 25% travel for events and meetings.
