Role Description
This is a contract on-site role as an Event Manager located in Kailua-Kona, HI. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing special events at our luxury properties. This includes coordinating logistics, managing vendors, overseeing the setup and breakdown of events, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. The Event Manager will also be responsible for working closely with the Culinary team to coordinate Food and Beverage services for events.

Experience in event planning and management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of food and beverage management
Experience in the hospitality or luxury accommodation industry
Proficiency in event management software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field is preferred
